1. Roland's Chocolate Superfood Fantasy Thanksgiving Pudding Recipe!:

I developed this amazing recipe since we have a constant supply of fresh young Thai coconuts since we are feeding our toddler son fresh coconut water every day. So, since I love chocolate, I came up with this recipe that has raw cacao as the main ingredient and many other superfoods. This pudding is not only delicious, but it has many antioxidants, minerals, and vitamins so it is great for your health, too. Of course, I use all organic and raw ingredients, except for the coconuts which are raw, but not organic. The finished pudding is really chocolaty, creamy, smooth, and delicious! This chocolate superfood pudding is a great dessert or breakfast and would make a nice Thanksgiving treat! Enjoy!

Here is the Roland's Chocolate Superfood Fantasy Thanksgiving Pudding Recipe:

Serves: 10 Special Equipment: High power blender Blendtec Blender Ingredients: 6 cups fresh young Thai coconut meat 2 cups fresh young Thai coconut water 2 cups hempseed 1 cup goji berries 1 cup golden berries 1 cup cacao beans 1 cup cacao powder 1 cup agave nectar, coconut nectar, honey, maple syrup, or yacon syrup 4 tbsp hazelnut butter 3 tbsp maca powder 3 tbsp mesquite powder 2 tbsp lucuma powder 2 tbsp yacon powder 2 tbsp chlorella powder 2 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp vanilla powder 6 medjool dates, pitted You might have to do this recipe in batches depending on the size of your blender. A high power blender is recommended to make it really creamy. Place all ingredients into the blender and blend on high until completely creamy. If you like it warm, eat right away or you may chill and serve later. It will keep about a week in the refrigerator.
