Wolfgang and his partner, James van Sweden, were instrumental in starting the natural garden style that used many native American perennials and grasses in large masses creating bold, beautiful, dynamic, and nature friendly landscapes that changed through the seasons. Their firm, Oehme, van Sweden & Associates, Inc. has received numerous awards, been featured in many publications, and the firm has written several books about their signature design style.
